All users from 13 to 18 years old must have their legal guardian review and agree to these Terms. You or your legal guardian are responsible for all additional expenses such as internet connection and mobile charges that may occur outside of In-app purchases offered in games.
Our games are free to download and play with the possibility of purchasing in-app currencies to be used for various features within the game. The payment is going through Google Play Store, App Store, Windows, Amazon and Facebook. If you believe that you have had an unauthorized purchase made, make sure you set a pin security code on your App accounts in order to avoid these situations.
Our policy is not to give refunds once the purchase is done. Additionally, virtual in-app currency cannot be exchanged back for money. If you believe there is a problem with your purchase, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and you will be reimbursed as soon as possible.
The only way to ensure your progress as well as your in-app goods and currencies are saved is to connect to your Facebook account. In case you switch devices, this is the only way of restoring your progress.
If you access your third party accounts (Facebook, Google, Apple, Amazon and other Social Networking channels) through our Services, you agree to their Terms and Conditions as well. Additionally, Dragonseye Limited Services may include links and access to third party Services during gameplay.
